My husband and I started working with Mariana in late 2015 to purchase our first home and didnt end up buying a house until April of 2016, but that only proved to us more how amazing she was/is! She was so patient with us, kept in touch through out the process, and was always available to answer any question we may have had. First off let me say Thank You Mariana! I decided to purchase a home in July 2017. I got with Mariana from a recommendation for someone else. To be honest. I am a bit tough on homes since I have been in construction over 20 years. So I told her what areas I wanted to look into, price range, etc. Being already pre-approved she knew I was ready. But I wanted to do my own looking. No worries. She set me up & for 2-3 weeks I got emails about properties within my requirements. I called her up and asked if she had time to go look at 3 of them. She accommodated me around her schedule and off we went. By the next day I was putting in my offer and that is where Mariana took over. She made the process so painless and simple. Her communication within her team is amazing. Literally sit back, do what they ask and they handle the rest. She not only makes the process a breeze. She continues to work with you afterwards. Whether it is simple reminders or follow-ups in generally. She will become the only agent you will want to use.
