Missy has been our realtor for last year and a half. She helped us buy a new property and rent the old one out. Missy is super responsive, uber professional and very laser focused on doing whats best for her clients. We flip flopped many times during the last 18 months and she was patiently with us along the way nudging us in the right direction. She has a way to very subtly putting her view point without imposing herself.Even though the area of our interest was north Austin, that did not stop her to be way across the town on multiple occasions showing us various properties and going over the pros and cons of each. Even when we zeroed in on a property, she negotiated with the sales agent and reduced ~90K of list price to give us the best deal.This was the first time we rented a property and Missy was methodical from day one, going over what changes need to happen to maximize our chances for renting, be it price point selection, changes needed in the home, lease terms etc. We rented out the home in ~ 4 weeks time in a challenging environment.You wont go wrong with Missy because she always has her clients best interests in mind and she will make sure you reach your real estate goals.
