Minh was incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, responsive, helpful and friendly. Thats not just lip service because he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with the rental process for a new home. Not only was he knowledgeable about dealing property managers and all the neccessary paperwork and things that I needed to follow up on with regard to the move, he cared enough to help me with every step of the process which involved dealing with asking questions and talking to other managers on my behalf. He was very quick to respond to my messages and was patient enough to explain everything to me in simple terms so that I would not be anxious about the move. If this is how he is with just a rental, Im sure hes even more attentive and detailed with an actual home purchase. I would gladly use him again for any future realestate.

Minh Hong helped me and my family find a home that was very medical and the process was very thorough. I will go to see many properties and discuss details about location, interest, selling price, etc. Minh instructs me to contact the buidlers and when there is a shortage of loan officers, he will help me contact him quickly.
