I learned more in three weeks of working with her than I had learned in the past two and a half years of searching for a home. The most important thing to you when youre searching for a home is to not feel like youre being ripped off or rushed. Ms. Washington makes sure that you not only feel at ease with the process of searching and closing on a home, but she is also very positive and thorough throughout the entire process. She will make sure that your contract is a good one, she will evaluate and research things about the structure and foundation of the home as well the morale of the community with you to make sure you are 100% comfortable with everything. You will love working with her.
