Mike Dennis is an amazing realtor. We have sold and bought with him. In the past I have worked with realtors that disappointed me and seemed to complicate the process. Mike is the complete opposite. He is a top notch negotiator and really made the entire experience smooth. He is up front and honest. We had a few potential hang ups(as most real estate deals will). He was very professional and gave us our options then solved them for us without delay. I found myself worrying much less when working with him. He had wonderful pictures taken of the home we were selling. I think getting professional photos of that quality helped the home move quickly. He stopped by one day and put mulch in the front flower bed to help the home sell. He definitely went above and beyond. Thanks Mike, we look forward to working with you in the future!
