Mike Barnett provided outstanding service as our realtor handling the sale of our home in Cedar Hill, Texas. He did an excellent job keeping us up to date on deadlines and completing necessary documents on schedule. Realator Mike Barnett is the best! If you want a shaker and a mover hes the man! He does what it takes to make things happen such as open houses, flyers, etc..... he knows his craft and is savy to what it takes to reach a goal. Most of all he cares and knows how to work with you through the storms of selling a house. He has extensive experience in many facets and knows how to convey a thought to people during the journey of selling. Again if you need someone to move your house through the sale process with rapid response while keeping top dollar in mind, realator Mike Barnett is the one to make that happen.

Mike helped us purchase our very first home. He also helped us sell that home and purchase our second home. Mike was always honest and straightforward with us regarding both the selling and buying process. We utilized the VA loan for a second time and Mike was able to get to where we closed on selling our old home and closed on buying our second home. If you know anything about the VA loan, you know in order to use it a second time, your original home has to be sold. He was able to negotiate two separate close dates. This helped tremendously, as we were able move with NO issues.Mike was AWESOME from beginning to end, helping us to Buy AND Sell. Very thorough, responsive, efficient, actively involved, considerate, professional, and knowledgeable. His great interpersonal skills made the entire process SMOOTH. If youre like me, which is I tend to ask the same question multiple ways lol, Mike is kind and patient. I know this is long and I am lazy and dont normally writing reviews but I have to testify to the character and expertise of Mike Barnett.

Every once in a while, someone wonderful crosses your path and you just know it was by God’s design and purpose. That’s how I feel about Mike Barnett! I cannot say enough great things about him. I met Mike as a complete stranger, and at a time when I had basically given up on buying a home. He changed this for me! He stood by me, encouraged me, walked with me through the process of finding a home, and stuck with me every step of the way. I even see him as a friend now, not just a realtor. I will always sing his praises and would highly recommend his services!
