Our family was in dire need of a new home due to our landlord deciding to sell the property. Deadline was approaching fast. Luckily I got a great recommendation from a friend of mine that Miguel was the one to go to! He was super helpful and understood our situation. Miguel is bilingual so that put my parents at ease and made him approachable to them. Miguel was there for us every step of the way and answered any questions we had. He also worked around our schedule. Which was much appreciated with our hectic work schedules. Miguel made everything simple and easy to understand. Would have been so overwhelmed otherwise as a first-time buyer. And just like that, we were able to close on a home within a month. Working with Miguel was an absolute dream come true! Saying he made the whole home buying process easy is an understatement. I reached out to Miguel on May 12th and closed on my home June 18th. From start to finish Miguel was literally just a call/text away. I received almost immediate responses on the smallest to the biggest of questions. Where do I start. Miguel was amazing to work with! He never pressured us to pick him as a realtor and on the contrary he encouraged us to shop around. He is so patient through the house showing process and makes sure you stay within budget. Once we found our home, Miguel negotiated concessions and a new roof for us! He even brought out a third party roofing company to inspect the new roof. Who does that??! This showed us that hes not afraid to fight for his buyers! As a first time buyer, I can honestly say that I was unfamiliar with the process of purchasing a home, and I had so many questions that would probably annoy other agents. But Miguel was always welcoming, responsive, and very detailed and he didnt mind having to explain things to me multiple times so that I could understand. In Dallas, houses are flying within days of being listed, and I didnt have the luxury and funding to bid over asking price like most people are doing. Miguel was probably the best option we could have picked when looking at purchasing our first home. He broke down every step of the process and reassured us every step of the way. He drove hours across DFW to show us houses and never complained. He connected to us to a great lender that made this process much easier. He allowed us to be as picky as we wanted and was a great tool of knowledge for us. When he would show us houses he would point out his concerns whether it was cracks on the wall or a flooded backyard he was on top of it. As first time home owners we often were willing to overlook those kinds of details but he maintained a level head and explained the potential issues that could arise. The house we found has everything we wanted and more and Miguel helped us negotiate over 25k down from listing price and made sure all of our concerns were taken care off before closing. I can wholeheartedly say that if you are looking to purchase or sell your home soon, Miguel is the best person for the job.

My wife and I reached out to Miguel at the beginning of 2022 to talk about the possibility of purchasing a home sometime this year. We were not quite ready to start looking and Miguel provided us with great start up information. Over the next couple of weeks, rather than rushing us into the process, he continued providing us with helpful information and tips to get where we needed to be to become first time homeowners. After some time and a couple of phone calls later we were finally ready to start the search. Miguel set up a meeting with my wife and I to go further into detail about the process and what to expect in the following weeks/months. After the meeting, we were extremely knowledgeable about what to expect and we were confident in our decision to become homeowners. My wife and I have hectic work schedules and Miguel was able to work around our schedules to ensure we were looking at houses every chance we had. After a month and a half looking on the market, Miguel led us to a new construction in Waxahachie, Tx that he had the “inside scoop” on. After looking at the home, my wife and I fell in love because it had everything we were searching for in a home. We decided to put in an offer which was eventually accepted. With the help of Miguel and our loan officer, Jose, we were able close in approximately 3 weeks. After a long search, we were able to finally say we are first time homeowners. Miguel made the journey to becoming homeowners exciting and easy to understand. Miguel, I can not thank you enough for everything you did to help us accomplish this goal.
