I have been looking for some property for a short period of time and Miclyn happened to be the first person I called, I knew what I wanted and she immediately began working on it for me. She did not try to tell me what I want like a lot of other realtors tend to do! She shown me multiple properties that were all so great but once she shown the last one I knew immediately it was the one I wanted. After she shown me the property I then asked for ALL information on the property and if owner financing was possible. Miclyn then went way above and beyond and was able to get the seller and to approve owner finance and got us the property. She is a very hard working, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely nice person/Realtor to work with. Absolutely 10/10! I am actually working on searching for my next property and she’s is my #1 and ONLY realtor to call. We not only have a wonderful realtor now but a great friendship has bloomed as well!
