My husband and I first reached out to Micki and right away found out how quick and responsive she is. We set up a meeting with her and she walked us through each and every step. As first time homebuyers she made the process smooth and easy to understand. She sent many houses within our criteria and was checking in on us often. Once we found our home she took care of almost everything but the signing, it was fabulous. Micki is still in touch with us and checking in.
