Michelle was an excellent realtor for us in our home purchase in Edinburg, TX. She was super knowledgeable about the entire homebuying process and her close connection to a loan officer made the entire process completely seamless from day 1. She was diligent in answering our hundreds of questions, no matter what time of the day it was. She ensured we got time to tour multiple houses, which led us to the right decision. She encouraged us to continue the process after the first house we identified went off the market. She did a fantastic job coordinating with multiple other parties during the process and at the end of the process to help us set up basics like electricity, bug spraying. She coordinated with the previous owners to answer questions we had. We were first time home buyers and without her explanations and assistance, there is no way we would have ever purchased a home!
