Michelle exceeded our expectations through her knowledgeable counsel, marketing strategy, and the return on investment of our house sale. In each phase of the process, she expertly chose a strategy to maximize its value and minimize superfluous expenses. Her vendor relationships, who helped prepare the home for sale, were trustworthy, on time, and fair, and her choice of a top-notch bespoke staging professional brought out the home’s best features.As I was relatively new to the area, I had limited trusted real estate relationships in the Austin market so I did an exhaustive search and interviewed a few professionals. Austin was in a tricky moment in real estate when we sold, with well-marketed homes yielding their true values and homes not positioned well sitting for long periods with massive price cuts. One high volume, highly visible alternative professional in the market I interviewed, for example, strongly proposed a massive renovation, which would leave us missing the bulk of the buying season, and insisted that the Austin market would only bear a starting price substantially lower than what our home sold for through Michelle. In contrast, Michelle’s vision for our house, coupled with her leave-no-stone-unturned dedication and professional demeanor, ensured that our home got the visibility and result that left both the seller (and it seems the buyer) delighted in the transaction. In summary, I highly recommend Michelle for homes in South Austin and likely beyond.

Michelle Hendrix. Where do we start? Michelle is a complete joy to work with. The sale of our house was strategized for 6 months for a spring listing. The property was unique in so many ways -which made it difficult to comp and price. Michelle ran and reran the numbers to get us where we needed to be, and then had us adjust a tiny bit, as to not be excluded by a sales cap on online searches. Michelle also put the property into syndication on many of the major formats. In talking to the new owners (whom we absolutely love), Michelles structured plan was exactly how they found the property. The right buyers at the right price worked through an expert agent who kept things on track and fun, it doesnt get any better. Thank You Michelle and Company for everything.
