Love, love, love working with Michelle! I first started looking at homes for another person who was moving to Texas when Michelle and I met. Being new to the area it was so nice to have someone so knowledgeable on Austin and it’s surrounding area. A year later when finally ready to buy a home myself, Michelle was there and we wanted nothing more to go back to her. Everything you want in a realtor and more. She made herself available and was wonderful with communication, which is extremely crucial in a market where things happen so quickly. Her expertise was much appreciated we compared different style homes. Invaluable when we decide to go with a new build and all that it entails. She has fabulous input on the design if building new, which is wonderfully helpful!Michelle was not only reliable and transparent, but she was also personable, proactive, and professional! Even if you’re good at determining what you want it’s great to have her in your corner to go the extra mile.I am the proud owner of a beautiful house I love and made a friend who I will be returning to for all my realtor needs!

Michelle is the prototype real estate professional that everyone wishes they had represent them. She is a tireless worker, and will work around the clock when a home sale (simple or complex) is coming together. In addition, with her extensive finance background, Michelle knows all the numbers/fees/cost issues that can arise in a transaction, and is a skilled negotiator/advisor. Even with all those skills, Michelle’s greatest trait are her values and positive attitude as she manages her clients through what is often a stressful experience. Whether you are buying or selling, I highly recommend Michelle and the skills she will provide to you.

Michelle was incredible to work with - she is professional, extremely competent, responsive, kind, and exceptional at her job! She goes the extra mile for her clients, and her team works together very well. Michelle spoke with my family for months before we were ready to sell our home, and she was patient with our ever changing timeline due to military and COVID. This was our first time selling a home, and she was patient in walking us through the steps and answering our many questions. She goes above and beyond with preparing your home for listing and then marketing to get it listed as many applicable places as possible. Michelle was able to help us get under contract within 3 days of posting for selling. During the closing process, she arranged all necessary steps and had great referrals for items that needed to be fixed in the house. She is also so kind and fun to work with - she is thoughtful and arranged inspection, appraisal, etc. around our 15 month olds nap schedule. I would highly recommend Michelle!

My sister and I were looking to buy a house and Michelle was with us every step of the way. We changed our minds often and even started building in one community then found another and switched.Michelle supported us through the process, made sure the sellers were on top of their game, and was there with us at every meeting with the builders (both of them lol).She is a complete professional and so fun to work with! Whenever I hear someone is thinking of buying/ selling a house I make sure to give them her contact info because I would never go anywhere else.

There was an issue that was discovered upon inspection and Michelles foresight to add home maintenance insurance for that very reason came in handy!
