That was 100% the case with Michael.We purchased during the late 2021 heyday when you had to make an offer .02 seconds after you saw a house you liked and were in competition with dozens of other buyers.Michael expertly and patiently steered us through the process, touring properties with us, offering his own observations as he learned our preferences, and supporting our decision to walk away from a house due to a terrible inspection.Once we found our home, he helped us craft an offer that edged out the competition.We highly recommend Michael to anyone looking to purchase a house. Mike was EXCEPTIONAL. We were making a move from out of state and knew the general area we wanted to move to. We had selected a builder and had specific needs for lot size as we wanted to build a pool as well. Mike found the lot, assisted us with the local builder and handled all of the details. We were able to make the purchase over FaceTime with the builder. Our existing home sold and closed prior to the build starting so Mike once again helped us find temporary housing. He was there for builders meetings and made the whole process painless. We have already decided he will be our go to person when and if we choose to move again!!!!
