The saying third time is a charm was in full effect when we met Michael at an open house we stumbled upon. Little did we know, we were about to put an offer on our dream home, which would ultimately become our third house with the help of a third realtor.If Michael is your first realtor, please consider yourself lucky. Given our previous experiences buying and selling, having Michael on your side was a breath of fresh air. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the housing market and is a genuinely kind person. When asked for his perspective, he will not beat around the bush as we have experienced with others, but instead, will provide you with an honest opinion.With his help and expertise, we were able to purchase our new home after going through a bidding war with multiple offers. We sincerely believe our offer would not have been accepted without Michael as he went above and beyond. Not only was he able to assist with said purchase, he helped us sell our previous home despite the increasing interest rate environments best efforts.After working with Michael, we truly understand what it means to have white glove service. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him, and we cannot express how much his patience, humor and kindness helped throughout the entire process. I was lucky to meet Michael at an open house in Plano. Michael was super knowledgeable and very professional. I already had a realtor I was working with, but I kept him in the back of my mind because of how professional he was at the open house. My realtor at the time was not responsive to me and not helping out with any advice or info of any kind. Buying a house is such a large purchase and I needed the best help I could get. I decided to give Michael a call after meeting another agent some days prior. He picked up the phone on a Sunday and I was able to meet him at another open house he was hosting that day. He remembered who I was and we jumped right into strategizing what was best for me and my family.During the process, we looked at homes and Michael was readily available any day needed to talk or see new homes that just came on the market. He even stood out on a busy new Garland listing late afternoon while mosquitoes were attacking both of us because I wanted to see the house. Not one complaint. He was laser focused on finding a good home for me and my family. Michael always broke everything down in detail and has a wealth of knowledge. I learned so much during the process. I was able to find a home and Michael was able to help me get a good deal by communicating and navigating with the sellers side with his charm, intelligence and experience. Finding a Realtor who cares and is talented was really hard for me. Im glad I was able to find Michael. He looked out for me like a big Brother even though the house was not an expensive big property. He is on top of his game like a Lebron James or Michael Jordan. Definitely highly recommended and will be using him in the future for all real estate needs.

Best realtor you can have ! Michael is a trusted advisor that treats your home purchase or sale as if it was his own. I currently own a business in California and Im looking to expand in Texas, especially the DFW area. I needed the help of a realtor that will dedicate a lot of time to my search, and guide me through the process. I had very little time available, and I wasnt too familiar with the area. Here is where Michaels expertise and guidance came in. Through out the search, he took his time to research each and every property that I was interested in, and inform of all the pros and cons of each one. As I was remote through out the entire time, he Facetimed each property walk, did his research fast, and placed our offer within hours. Because of his knowledge, professionalism and expertise, I got the house of my dreams, at an excellent price, even though there were several other offers, and the closing window was short. Not only I got what I wanted, I even got equity already in the property.Michael, I cant thank you enough , you have been essential in my new home purchase. You for sure are my real estate agent for life.
