I have worked with Melanie for several years, so when it came to needing a realtor to assist with our land purchase, our choice was easy. Even though the choice was easy, contracting and closing with the Texas Veteran Land Board wasnt. Melanie stayed right there with us through the entire ordeal. Even though it took all the working parts and extremely long time to sync, she didnt waver.We finally reached the end with Melanie by our side from the beginning, revising contracts, counter-offers and reviewing our options.
