Melissa was an amazing relator to work with! She was professional, extremely kind, and very knowledgeable. She always made herself available to answer any questions I had and would always keep me up too date on the selling process of the house. Melissa is a gem and definitely recommend working with her!

Melissa helped us purchase our home 3 years ago and did a fantastic job. We not only asked her to help us sell our home, we also recommended her to others who were also satisfied. Melissa is a total professional and she makes you feel like you are her only client. She is extremely responsive and is very easy to get a hold of. She also is extremely knowledgeable and is an excellent source of advice to help with tough decisions. I have nothing but positive things to say and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. Two thumbs up!

As a first time homeowner/someone who had no experience or background knowledge on the process of buying a house, Melissa was the absolute best realtor I could have asked for and was incredibly helpful every step of the way. When it came to reaching out with questions or asking for updates, Melissa was available and easy to contact at all hours and any day of the week, always providing answers and details to anything I was unsure about. Whether it involved specific inquiries about the homes I was looking at, questions on how to go about getting a mortgage loan from the bank, or advice on homeownership in general, she was my go-to person for it all and made me feel much more at ease about the entire process. I have now closed on my home and even still Melissa keeps in touch to make sure everything is just how I had hoped it would be and that I’m happy with how everything turned out. I’ve no doubt that she’s the best Realtor to work with in Del Rio and I couldn’t have done it without her help and patience from start to finish. Thank you Melissa!

So I work Monday - Saturday sometimes a day off during the week like from 8am to 8pm 😩. And I overthink and of course that makes me stressed out. But Melissa was literally the one keeping me together throughout the home buying process, helping me understand every step as I am a first time homebuyer so I had lots of questions. Melissa is the ABSOLUTE BEST realtor You could possibly asked for because she deeply cares about her clients. She helped me through anything that I needed. If the unexpected happened man let me tell you she would get on top of it and make sure it’s taken care of. I felt like she was a part of the family because she just wanted what was best for me.
