I think a lot of agents will tell a buyer/seller mostly what they want to hear. The best tell you what you need to know/do to sell at top dollar. If you can absorb and use good advice without remaining attached to what you are leaving---this is the lady you need in your corner. Frankly, there were a number of things we might have questioned that Melissa thought we should do. The house was under contract in less than a week from listing. Ka-Boom!

My experience with Mrs. Hladyniuk was positive. She was able to sell our condo for a fair price, and she did it very quickly and professionally. I initially hired another realtor to sell our unit, but he basically “sat” on the listing and did very little work. When he found out I was searching for a new agent, he brought in a couple of “low ball” offers.After contacting Melissa, she started working on selling the unit immediately. She offered to have the unit staged and handled all the details. Whenever I needed to get in contact with her, she was available. Unlike the initial agent I dealt with. Also, there were 15 other units for sale in the building. So, it was even more impressive that she was able to sell it so quickly and for a decent price.
