Melissa is the best Realtor out there! Melissa was my client previously and I got to know her and how much she cared about her job and clients. This was when I realized when I started my journey to buy a house I wanted to work with her. A year later we finally started the process and she has been just amazing with excellent customer service and lots of knowledge. She is very caring and very honest. Melissa does the best job at taking care of her clients and always has your best interest at heart and you are not just another client for her. She treats you like a friend and makes the whole experience even better.We will forever be grateful to have her in our lives. We will always work with her and recommend her 100x over.

Home Buyer Review. Were first time very picky homebuyers and we had so many questions. Melissa was very knowledgeable and and answered all of our crazy questions anytime of the night. Melissa was amazing, she listened to our wants and needs and found exactly what we wanted. We have kids and pets and wanted something that would accommodate all of us and she did just that. Melissa is very professional and oh so sweet and straight forward. I loved our experience with Melissa and shes definitely the lady for the job. Often she would email or text me late into her night to reach me during my day due to the time difference. As a first time home buyer, she gave me great information about the home buying process. Absolutely͏ phenomenal!!Melissa was fantastic to work with. We started the process while my husband was deployed and she immediately made sure to use a messaging platform so he could communicate with her as well. She made sure that he was included in every step even with the distance. The house we ultimately got she was the one who just sent us the tour video and we didn’t even have to ask. She was so helpful and when we PCS she will definitely be who we call to be the sellers realtor.

Amazing resource for long-distance moves. Melissa was the perfect realtor for us. We are a military family who purchased our home without ever seeing it ourselves. She was there for me night and day with any questions I had and would send me listings regularly that matched our budget/requirements. If I sent her a listing in the morning, she would have videos uploaded of it within a few hours. She had our best interest in mind and made the process so smooth. She also would send us videos of the surrounding neighborhood as well as shopping centers in the area. She went above and beyond for us, and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!

She was so patient with me and the million questions I had about buying a home for the first time, all while knowing we wouldnt be able to use her as our realtor (buying out of state)! Above and beyond, she then researched realtors where we were moving, vetted them, and talked with them to make sure they could provide the same level of service she would have. She continued checking in on our progress throughout the entire process and couldnt have done more to make the experience any better than it was! I would work with Melissa for every property transaction if I could!

Melissa really made our listing and selling process a breeze. She was always ready to accommodate our busy schedules, coming to our house to do paperwork, or showing up wherever I was on the island. When having open houses and showings we always felt like she was really doing the best she could to help us find buyers and make sure our house was seen. She was always offering to help with cleaning and help with whatever we needed to make our move easier which was SO helpful to us. Even after we left island, Melissa went to our home to make sure the trash got taken out to the street and to help with removing some bigger items from our home. She really went above and beyond to make sure that every single detail was taken care of to remove stress from our plate. Once we left island she took care of everything so all we had to do was sign the paperwork to close. We could not have had a better realtor and selling experience.

I feel Melissa Diaz exceeded my expectations not only as my Realtor but also as a friend in a new place. She was patient & worked hard to find the perfect place for me, in what I feel was an unrealistic deadline that I presented her with. She went above and beyond throughout the process to make sure my best interests were always at the forefront. When I began to get frustrated & attempted to change my original guidelines, she reminded me why I didnt want that, which showed me that she cared more about me being happy with my decision than her chance of a higher commission. That quality is priceless & the type of person you want to be working on your side when making such an important decision. She continues to help me after the sale in my adjusting to my new home in a new place.
