Melinda was the most helpful and pleasant realtor we could found. She guided us throughout our Fist-time home buying experience. Melinda handled all negotiations and communications in due time, our priorities became her goals. Just a delightful human being. I would highly recommend her as a realtor agent.

Melinda is awsome, honest, informative, always available and even answers calls after 9 pm. She is very determined to assist her clients as much as possible. Your opinion and concerns matter to her and she provides honest feedback and has an open ear for suggestions and even offers ways that will assist you. Melinda always provides feedback and so many ideas but maintains professionalism and will continue to help once you close on a transaction so she is more than just a realtor she is concerned business friend. We dont see many of those kinds of people. I recommend her to anyone need to buy, sell or lease a property, you can never gone wrong with your decision to have her as a realtor. Melinda was the most helpful and pleasant real estate agent Ive worked with. She went above and beyond multiple times to help us secure our home when she really didnt have to. Melinda is welcoming, flexible, and very knowledable.I would highly recommend her to anyone looking. She was the first realtor to invest time and care into what we were looking for. Handled all negotiations and communications beautifully, and overall, just a delightful human being.
