Melika did an amazing job with helping us find our new home. We met her by chance at an open house and since then she started to guide us without any binding. Right then we knew she was the right person to help us with our journey, and I’m glad to say that we weren’t disappointed. She worked with us and guided us at every single step. And I must say that she has the best negotiation skills. I highly recommend Melika if you’re looking for a real estate agent who has your best interest in mind.

As a first time homebuyer I was initially quite intimidated by the process. But Melika made it very easy and fun. She has been amazing to work with. She is very approachable and hard working and available to answer questions around the clock. She is also knowledgeable about the inspection process, in particular related to plumbing. I have benefited as well from all the contractors she put me in contact with after closing on the house. In short, she has been fantastic and I can recommend her to everyone.

Melika is hands down the best realtor in Houston. Ive worked with many agents in the past but Im so glad that she was referred to me by one of my friends. She helped me to sell my house and buy my next one. Selling your house and buying another house at the same time can be really stressful but her pricing strategy and timing was on point. She over communicates every step and holds your hand throughput the process. Even though I have done many real estate transaction before, but I felt more educated throughout the process with her.
