Megan was absolutely phenomenal to work with! The best realtor I have ever worked with in person and virtually/ long distance! She was a breath of fresh air who was more than willing to work with us as we navigated the purchase of our new home all while my husband was getting out of the military. Her willingness to help us look at homes in person on two separate quick trips to the area, and then ultimately looking at a home for us while having several FaceTime calls, was above and beyond anything anyone has ever done for us. She helped connect us with a mortgage lender and stayed on top of everything through the ending steps even as we were on our 16+ hour drive to our new home from out of state. I would 100/10 recommend her to anyone I know, she is absolutely amazing!!

After renting a small 1bed apartment for the first few years of marriage, we were ready to transition into a place with a bit more space. Having no prior experience with searching for houses, we didnt know what to expect and were honestly a bit overwhelmed and unsure where to begin. Fortunately for us, we had Megan to guide us through the process. From putting together a web search for us and touring properties, helping us to narrow down what we were looking for, and recommending tips we hadnt thought of, her help was invaluable in our search. I remember she specifically recommended we look into the place where we now live, and Im so glad she did because it is a perfect fit for us! Her knowledge of the market as well as her kind personality made the process of finding our first home a success and we couldnt be happier. Megan is amazing! She was available and responsive to answer questions throughout the process. At every step of the way, she was knowledgeable & helpful & walked us through what to do. Great communication!! Her advice was always wise, and she knew when & how to offer it. She listened to what my mom wanted and instinctively seemed to know when to text both of us and when to text me, since my mom was the buyer but I was handling some of the details for her. I would absolutely trust her again! She made it fun too!

Megan was incredibly helpful in finding an apartment in the Bryan/ College Station area. She me up with a search that matched my criteria and I quickly found an apartment I wanted to see. She helped speed the process along, which was essential considering the rental market is moving incredibly quickly. Even after signing a lease, she was incredibly helpful in being an intermediary between the land lord and I. I would highly recommend Megan to anyone looking for a property in the area!
