I cant say enough great things about Megan! She truly went above and beyond in helping me sell my home and purchase a new one. Not only did she manage to sell my home off-market in just two weeks, but she also was incredibly patient and understanding during the entire process. Whenever I asked to see a new home, she never made me feel rushed or pressured. Her knowledge of the market, responsiveness, and dedication to finding the perfect fit for me was evident throughout. Megan did an amazing job helping us to find our new home. As first time homebuyers, we were extremely nervous and overwhelmed going into the process. Megan took the time to teach us what to expect and when showing us homes helped point out items we should take note of. She was incredibly patient with us as we looked at many homes, and she made sure everything was a smooth ride once we found the one we loved. We trusted her advice on negotiations and couldnt be happier with where everything wound up! Megan also has an arsenal of professionals to help with every step of the process (all of them as dedicated as she is to helping you understand whats going on). Were a few weeks into owning our house, and we couldnt be happier. Highly recommend.
