    Upon deciding to sell the home I have lived in for 36 years, I knew that I needed someone who was professional and an experienced realtor. I was introduced to Meagen by my daughter in-law. Meagen did a fantastic job providing weekly updates as well as changes in the housing market. She always made herself available to answer my questions, calm my nerves and keeping me positive. I could always count on her to negotiate in my best interest. She even negotiated with the apartment complex I moved to. She definitely took a lot of pressure off me.Meagen has a great future in real estate. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

    Meagen is the first realtor Iā€™ve ever worked with and wow she was awesome! I worked with Meagen early on in my first home buying process with my husband, and I appreciated how receptive she was to all my questions and concerns. Communication is very important to me and she was on top of everything! I could call and text her anytime and she would ALWAYS get back to me. We looked at several houses together and I always felt confident listening to her feedback and expert opinion. Her priorities is what every realtor should have which is your safety and making sure the house has good bones. She works hard and tries to get the best outcome possible for you.     AWESOME!!! is the only word that comes to mind when thinking of Ms. Meagan Richards. I needed to find a rental quickly. In spite of me being picky, she was successful in helping me find the one that was a fit for me.     1st time home buyer here. Meagen was so good to me. She was always available to answer all my questions. I was very stressed out and she delt with me very professionaly. Never pushy and even if I liked something I saw she would instantly let me know the cons of my situation and maybe to keep looking. She explained everything very well. She even recommended a few people for extra information who made it alot easier. Kenny Tate for financial advice and loans with Revolution Mortgage was super helpful and was always available to answer questions as well. If your looking to rent/buy chose Meagen. 10/10

She was always available to answer my questions regarding the application process and she was always in contact with the sellerā€™s brokerā€¦I told her ā€œShe brought peace to a hectic processā€. I have completed the application process and have been approved. The entire process is complete within two weeks!     We were trying to find an apartment in Houston while residing in California. This was a daunting task as we knew nothing about the neighborhoods in Houston.Meagen reached out to us and was truly a Godsend.She was incredibly responsive with every single question and acted promptly on every request.She helped us in so many ways.     Let me start by saying I never leave google reviews. Especially not lengthy ones. But at this point Meagen has me lost for words. We first met when she pulled some tricks out of her hat last minute & found me the rental home Iā€™m currently occupying. I was so impressed with her work that I promised Iā€™d reach out to her when I was ready to buy & I did just that. Never did I think I was ready financially or mentally but all Meagen needed was my application & a vision. We almost lost this sale at the home stretch due to crazy inflation with mortgage rates but Meagen had everything planned to the T. She knew when to say what & how to make things work in our favor this entire journey. As of yesterday, & after 10 longgggg months, we just closed on our very first home without leaving anything on the table. We got everything we wanted because she made it possible.If youā€™re thinking of using someone else to find your next home, just DONā€™T! Iā€™m a creature of habit once I find something that works & she does just that - she works for her clients. Although this was a long journey there were no surprises throughout this process. She let us know what would happen before it ever came about; informationally sheā€™s an encyclopedia about the entire process of home buying & she fought diligently with the builders & the loan officers to make sure this deal went through. For my young daughter and myself, Meagen went beyond my expectations of a realtor ā€“communicating with us daily on status of process (news or no news)- explaining documents to us in simple terms, answering our questions -sometimes even late in the day, when we expected a response until the next day, searching/fighting for alternatives when a certain home offer would not materialize- even injecting positivism and optimism with facts and options when we might have felt set back. In the end, our experience was having been guided side by side, by a friend, who happened to be a realtor- and as she took a picture of us all in our front yard handing us our keys, it all turned into an unforgettable experience to help us walk into our sanctuary and remember it for years to come.
