We cannot thank Jim enough for all of his help in purchasing our new home. Buying a home in this market can be challenging but Jim made sure that wasnt our expirence. He was patient with all of our requests & attentive with our builders through out the construction process. Jim is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. He really cares about his clients as well as the community and neighborhood you live in. We are absolutely in love with our new home and so thankful to Jim for all of his time and expertise.

My partner and I were referred to Jim after visiting an open house and falling in love with the property. We are first time homebuyers, and didnt think we were seriously considering buying at this time, so we did not have our own agent yet. The recommendation could not have been better! Jim is extremely detail-oriented, knowledgeable about all parts of the home-buying process, and super friendly! He was always responsive to our needs throughout the process, and even connected us with inspectors, contractors, etc, for our needs even after the sale. He goes above and beyond in everything he does, and now we have our dream home! Highly recommend!

Jim is an amazing Austin TX realtor who has helped us purchase our new home under difficult circumstances(Covid). He is determined and will go out of his way to find what you need. I cannot say enough about Jims professionalism and persistence. Jim helped us through out the entire construction and building process of our home. He also advocated and advised us when something was wrong. I personally would not buy a new home without the advice of a realtor. He is truly a honest and humble person who looks out for his client. We came in thinking the process would be so tough in this market, and Jim made sure that we were comfortable every step of the way. He even checked in after closing and has given us so many helpful recommendations and tips for homeownership even past the sale. Jim was instrumental in helping my family and I find our dream home. I thought it was going to be challenging moving out of state, but it wasnt at all. Jim was there every step of the way and with new construction too. He would constantly send me pictures of our new home being built at every stage. He was well informed of the neighborhood. He listened to the type of life I wanted for my son and I and he delivered. He was even there when all our stuff was moved in, but we were still living out of state. We came across Jim by chance while looking for a rental home. Prior to Jims service, our home search was going nowhere. Finding a home, communicating with the agent/owner, and negotiating terms was too much for us to do on top of our normal working schedule.Enter Jim Mayo acting as the agent responsible for one of the homes we called about. He introduced himself as a realtor, and asked if he would like to represent us during our home search. We agreed to his much needed help immediately.The experience afterwards was night and day. None of the homes that we viewed independently compared to the ones that Jim was able to find and schedule with the owner. He was devoted to our cause so much so that he made multiple 1hr trips to SW Austin as that was our desired location.Unfortunately, we couldnt find a home suitable for our family in the area, but Jim was able to find us a whole new list of homes around Cedar Park. My fiancé and I are expecting our first child any day now. And early during my pregnancy (March - April 2021,), we decided to make the switch from renting an apartment in Austin to renting our first house in Round Rock. The market was crazy and extremely competitive and we were both venturing into this for our very first time. Jim (James Mayo) made it SO incredibly easy for us.
