May was wonderful during our move to Fort Worth, Texas. She was very responsive, helpful, and encouraging every step of the way. She checked in frequently, was flexible, and was always willing to answer questions from day 1 all the way to after closing. She was realistic and honest about market expectations, which we appreciated. She even made sure to be at the walk-through so everything went smoothly. Shes very trustworthy and deeply cares about her clients. It was such a pleasure to work with her as she helped us find out dream first home!

May was amazing throughout the entirety of our home search! We were a bit crunched for time, and as first time homebuyers we wanted to feel as comfortable as possible. She was professional, knowledgeable, and we felt she was genuinely interested in finding us the perfect house! She handled everything, even some snags outside of her control, with grace. I cannot say good enough things about May. She was professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable about the housing market here in the DFW area. I was mainly impressed by her availability; she really makes herself available to her clients. She patiently answered every question and was always willing to take me to see a property whenever I wanted. I truly believe if she had not been my real estate agent, I wouldve never found my dream home here in Dallas. She answers any questions that you may have and she makes sure that she is completely transparent with you. She fights hard for her clients to get the best deal. If you are looking for a lender, she has the perfect lender to help. If you are looking for a new construction, she knows builders that really take pride in their work. She puts together the best team to give you the best experience suited for your needs. I am a first time homeowner and this has been so easy for me. May did all of the hard work for me. She is the best realtor in all of North Texas. I am so grateful to have had her as my realtor.

May Maggitti is an exceptional real estate agent. She prepared a Comparative Market Analysis to determine the listing price. She listed my rental property on Thursday and held an open house on Saturday. The open house resulted in 14 offers on the home. The home was sold over asking price. May had professional photos taken of the home and was successful in selling the home with the tenant still residing inside the home. Her response to questions or concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Her work was so impeccable that I have selected her as the listing agent for a second rental property I am selling. I reside out of state and May was strategic in scheduling contractors to handle matters that needed to be tended and made herself available for appointments with the contractors. I cant say enough about how seamless and smooth the process has been. If you’re searching for a realtor who goes above and beyond, then look no further than May Maggitti. She is top-notch.

Relocating to a new state, she not only held my hand during some of the toughest times, she was always there whenever I needed her! I would 1000/10 recommend her!
