Matt was referred to us by a friend, who he helped find a home for. They had nothing but nice things to say about him. I decided to give it a try and I could not be happier that we chose him to be our realtor!!Matt is super friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. During the process, he was readily available to answer questions when needed, no matter how minor they were or silly they may seem, and he always had an answer! We decided to go with a new build, which was still in the process of being constructed at the time. He stopped by weekly to check on it for us and gave us updates (which he wasnt obligated to do). Yes, I know this is his job and he has to do things to secure the bag BUT I felt that he genuinely cared about the process and finding us a home that was the right fit for us and our needs.10/10 would recommend!

I can’t thank him enough and forever be grateful for making the process as smooth as possible. He made us really at ease with him that we don’t feel the hesitancy to communicate and reach out at any time… even odd hours since we work night shifts.During the process, he assured us that our best interest was his priority and having his presence made a big difference.Also, he didn’t only help us with the buying process but also with necessary stuff such as insurance etc. yet we perceive that he is not after any commission or referral, a genuine help indeed.After this purchase, God willing that in the future we will be able to invest in another property, I will definitely reach out to Matt again without reservations.Thank you Matt… for everything!
