It’s a true blessing to be able to leave a review for Matt! I came across one of his posts while scrolling late night on tiktok a little over 2 years ago- he briefly touched on the home buying process and how he could help ANYONE get in to a home in Texas. I immediately set up a virtual consultation & he linked me with Jose from Mortgage Matters. They’re a true dream team!My partner and I worked with Jose to come up with a plan to raise or credit scores, in the meantime- Matt educated us on a few different cities we had on our list in North Texas. From there we decided we wanted to build, got our preapproval and Matt gave us all of the details on the builders in the area, we narrowed it down to two and decided to go with Bloomfield.Matt made sure to be with us every step of the way. We had questions - he had answers. He never left us on read or delivered and always responded really quickly. Matt is the best realtor I have ever worked with. He was able to sell my home in Elizabeth Creek Haslet in record time while many houses are still on the market in that community. He was able to get me a cash offer on the home.On our new purchase, he was able to secure a steep discount on the new purchase in reunion rhome. He made this offer to the builder on the 1st day I met him!He has always been easy to get a hold of and is very understanding. Matthew makes sure that you understand well the entire Real Estate Sale process, and that you have a good rough estimate of how much profit you can obtain, before even formally comitting to selling our house. It was not an easy path for us: right from the start, there were certain factors outside from our control that almost put our house sale in jeopardy. After going through the listing process, he organized & presented all our offers based on OUR requirements, making the multiple comparisons much more effective. He also has good knowledge on any repairs that may be needed and has multiple contacts for very different house repair services, which makes the whole process much easier and faster. His motivation, knowledge of the process, and communication skills were critical in making our sale happen even with some unexpected roadbumps along the way.

Matthew was absolutely phenomenal. We had an A1 experience from day 1. I first met Matthew when I didn’t know where to start. I hadn’t truly started searching for a realtor because there was so much more I was trying to fix and learn. He continued to reach out to me and check on me, even when I wasn’t an official client of his. Matthew was willing to provide me with true “gems” of knowledge, even if that meant I wasn’t going to work with him. I had a million questions regarding credit, purchasing a home, fine print details, strategy, and so much more. Matthew was the only person that ever gave straight answers. He was knowledgeable, straight forward, and always came with a positive & winning mindset. Matthew never tried to sell you or promise you the moon and the stars- he promised to get you from point A to point B and everything in between as long as you did your part. He worked tirelessly and was always available, on time, and most importantly, Matthew was working for YOU; not just for a check. Matthew’s team was outstanding, also. They were always communicating with us and one another via phone, text, and email. There was never a chance for misunderstandings. Matthew provided real expectations, and wanted you to fully understand the process and to feel comfortable with the process. Ultimately, you have to TRUST the process and trust Matthew. He knows what it takes to submit winning offers, when to pull back, and when to move forward. We loved this experience and would do it all over again with Matthew and his team.

Matt is truly one of a kind. Going from co-worker to friend to realtor to really just like family. Having someone I knew in our corner I knew we had a good realtor. But what we ended up with was another family member. Our home journey began in early 2022. During the time people already were over bidding on homes. Matt was great at explaining what to look for in a house. Also why we might not want to look at certain houses. Pictures can be deceiving at times. He is knowledgeable in many ways from things to look for when looking at a home. To working the numbers to make sure your budget stays where you need it to be. At times I thought he was the buyer and I was the realtor. He would point things out that looked wrong. Things we never would even think to look for when walking through. He checked to make sure the A/C units and water heaters were good. We walked many homes and after putting in bids only to lose out. Matt would just be there to remind us to just keep looking we would find one soon. Looking for a home is not a race. As we are looking for an investment. After looking at I dont even remember how many homes. We ended up in a new build community. Even though Matt didnt have to be there he didnt abandon us at the door step. He was with us for every step of the way. He made sure we knew what paperwork needed to be filled out and what questions we needed to ask the builder. He would even send emails to follow up. If your looking for a realtor there are plenty of those around. But if your looking for a home and want someone that is going to give you the real facts and numbers then Matt is your guy.
