We met Matt by chance when we drove by an open house for sale in our old neighborhood. At that showing Matt gave us more information about home buying in 5 mins than Ive had in my entire life. This man is very knowledgeable and is a great teacher. He will not use your lack of knowledge to his advantage. This man is also very patient, he must have shown us 20 homes! During this time Matt educated us over the home buying process but I will never forget how he was there for us when we needed him the most, especially at closing time. Our closing date had been pushed back and we had exceeded our extension in our old home, so we were about to be on the street. Matt made our priority his priority,and he worked hard so we could close on time. He couldve easily told us to get a hotel for a few days and put our things in storage but he didnt, he just worked harder for us. And it paid off, we closed on time!

My Realtor Patrick Broadwell is amazing!!! I called him on Friday, he assured me he could work with me and as quickly as possible. This sale was reguarding not just a sale but a sale regarding my livlihood. My husband passed away in Feb of 2020 and I needed to downsize and get closer to my job to better be able to take care of myself. Patrick assured me it was possible and went to work right away. He came looked at the house and property. Next week he had a collegue who photograped the house and property with a drone. Anazing. Then that was Thursday...Friday we listed it...Monday we had an offer that quick. We got a fair offer very close to the appraised value and in less than a month we closed like he said it would. He handled all the paperwork articulately so I could relax and concentrate on what else I needed to take care of. I put my life in his hands as I had to get this done. He was always calm and never kept me wondering what was happening. It was a smooth transition in a very emotional time. He was real, transparent and professional.
