Matt McDaniel in Austin Texas, is the best Realtor I have ever had. He goes the extra mile with showing and negotiating a great deal. He listened carefully to what I was wanting and found the best house with the best deal for me. He took all the work out of this process. I have sold one house with him and have purchased two homes with him. He is very knowledgeable with the Austin and surrounding areas in Texas. He will be used for all my future dealings in real estate. Thank you Matt for taking the stress out of this purchasing and selling process. I highly recommend Matt McDaniel for all your real estate dealings. If you use someone else you are missing out on what he has to offer that I have yet to see in any other realtor. He truly cares and is knowledgeable and has been very timely with each deal.

Matt is the best realtor I have ever dealt with, and I have been involved in numerous (12 + homes in my lifetime) home purchases. Matt was deeply involved in both the sale of previous home and the purchase of our latest property. In today’s challenging market, the process became very complicated and he did absolutely everything possible to get the deal done.
