Mary Ann helped me sell my house in Houston and she did a amazing job!She worked tirelessly to prepare, market & sell my home. From the beginning she was on site to direct her photographer to choose the best shots, rearrange things, etc. All to present the best overall view. She consistently held open houses staying to the end to make sure she didnt miss any last minute leads. She wasnt pushy on asking to reduce price and she waited till it was absolutely required to drop the price. I never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision and the process was as easy as home selling can be.Too bad she doesnt live in LA otherwise I would use her again and again :) Thanks Mary Ann!
