Marsie was a wonderful Realtor! This was our 1st home buying experience and she made it very smooth and was on top of everything. I would highly recommend her because she was very professional and in my opinion she went above and beyond to make sure that we found the perfect home for our family! Marsie Prieto was my real estate agent. I was on a time restraint in having to sell my house quickly because I was moving to another state. She helped me sell my house quickly and efficiently and made sure I was getting the most out of my sale. Marsie made the whole experience very easy for me. Marsie was recommended from one of our friends which just purchased a house too. I texted her and she promptly texted me back and asked what we looking for. She was always highly professional, always on time and looking with us at multiple houses a day. She worked with our schedules. She gave us always an answer to our questions. Even when we was in underwriting and we just had to wait, she checked in with us once a week to make sure we ok. Marsie was great! This is the second time she has helped us. This time as the selling realtor. We had disaster hit us this time as our realtor for the house we were buying was tragically killed in a auto accident before closing. The buyers also kept dragging their feet and pushing back the closing. Marsie was our shining light through the whole thing. I would strongly recommend her. She went above and beyond helping us at all hours as we were quite frantic at times. Thanks Marsie!
