I cannot express enough gratitude and respect for Mark during this home buying process. From the time we started looking at houses to the day I closed was roughly 14 months. The entire time he was very professional and never pressured to settle on a home. There were countless times he would go out of his way to look at a property or answer questions in all hours of the day/night. I recommend Mark if youre looking for someone who sees the important of building relationships with his clients and earning their trust over making a quick sale. He put a lot of effort into our home buying needs and I know he will do the same for you.

Mark helped us sell our condo in Round Rock earlier this year. Condos are usually not as easy to sell as homes but Mark put a lot of time and effort into making sure we were ready to go on the market. First of all we were surprised at how much higher he was able to price our condo than we thought we could sell it for. Second, he scheduled someone to come through and advise us on staging. We implemented all of the stagers advice before the house went on the market. Mark also had done some type of pre-marketing work and scheduled an open house the weekend that our condo went on the market.Someone contacted him before the open house and let him know they were very interested, then when the same buyers visited during the open house he was very patient with them as they went through taking pictures on their iPad and sending them to their parents who were the actual potential out-of-state buyers. The parents put on offer on the condo the next day!It was a cash offer which is great - but we ran into a delay in the funding because they had the cash tied up in some account and it took a day or two longer to release it than expected - but Mark was on top of everything and kept us up to date every minute for every change. In the end, that delay (which neither Mark nor any of us had any control over) only resulted in a small delay in closing - which was no problem at all since we were doing a lease back anyway. So Mark really proved himself to us by making sure we were taken care of every step of the way.Mark also followed up with us after the sale to make sure everything went ok with our move to our next home. If you want someone who really does their homework, will work hard to make sure your home is ready for a sale, and will communicate with you every step of the way, choose Mark for your realtor.Oh, and by the way, he makes the most awesome homemade chocolate chip cookies for open house :-)

We all know finding a good leases anywhere in Austin is a tough task. Especially when you have a dog and roommates. Mark made the entire process a breeze! Found us the perfect lease right in the part of town we wanted! I highly recommend Mark and I will use him again when I move!Thanks Mark!
