Im so glad that I chose Mark when I needed to sell my house in Houston quickly after my Mother passed away. I needed to relocate back to Buffalo, NY rapidly.I had underwritten several loans for Marks perspective buyers at the mortgage lender I worked for. He was always very friendly and helpful and if I had questions regarding the mortgage submission, he always had the answers. Having to ask questions did not happen often. As a lender, we always sent surveys regarding the realtors. When they were returned with the funding package, there were never any negative reviews.It was a simple choice to choose Mark to be the one to sell my house. I had to move very rapidly. I left the movers and cleaners in his hands as well as the task of selling my house! The sale went fast. I had only returned to Buffalo for a few weeks when the house sold. -

Mark was my sales agent for the purchase of my first home in SW Houston. It was overwhelming to me in the start but he made it so much easier with his experience and explaining how the process works. Plus, he found me my forever home! -

Mark was able to help me find a home for myself and my two boys, during covid. I had unusual legal circumstances due to a divorce but he helped me find a lovely home, despite some challenges in timing and financing, etc. He followed up with me on closing docs, mail keys, and all sorts of odds and ends. Great experience!! I highly recommend him for buying or selling!! He goes the above and beyond!
