The thing we appreciated the most was that Mark kept the purchase process on track with all the parties involved. We also appreciate his immediate response to any questions or issues we had regarding the entire sale. Marks availability and organization made this process seamless.

Super-fantastic. As first-time home buyers, we came to the table with a pretty solid idea of what we were looking for but limited understanding of how to go about obtaining that vision. Mark (and the whole team at Norhill for that matter) helped us our home in the face of some pretty bad odds. When we went to see our house, we were one of 11 couples that saw it the day it was listed and 5 of us put in offers. Marks expertise guided us into not only putting our offer in contention but helping us do so in a way that connected with the sellers emotionally. As a result, we not only landed the contract but were ableto have an incredibly friendly transaction with the sellers as well. Our experience was truly wonderful and most of that is due to Marks understanding of the market and his knack for how to work with people on all sides of the transaction.In a market like the one Houston has been experiencing over the last few years, you cant afford to just have anyone representing you, you need a realtor that can truly make the difference in the transaction.
