Maribel is wonderful! She has been working with us for a long time to find the right home for our family, and has always been available to answer questions and give honest opinions about properties we viewed. She was incredibly helpful when it came to pointing out potential issues with homes, and even ways to solve those issues should we choose to pursue them anyway. She also made sure to keep us up to date on each step of the home buying process, making it less daunting for us as first time buyers. We would recommend her to family and friends, and will be reaching out to her should we choose to move again in the future.

Maribel was fantastic; best realtor Ive ever had. She was pro-active and always looking out for our best interests, even the result was canceling a contract due to inspection issues. After one canceled contract, she helped us close on another house, making everything go smoothly and to our benefit. I highly recommend Maribel.

We couldnt be happier with how we were treated by Maribel Calzado. She was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us, from the sale of our house to purchase of a new home. I honestly cant think of anything that she could have done differently or better for us. Some issues came up and I’m not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with us on these issues and walk us through them as methodical and calm as she did. We werent entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Maribel was very informative and honest, you truly could tell right off the bat that she knew her career and had our best interests in mind. We were very confident using her and have already recommended her to several of our friends and will continue to do so. Go ahead and Work with Maribel Calzado, you will not regret it!!

Patient, Honest, Responsive and KindWe were fortunate enough to have met Maribel through Justin of Croft Real Estate Group. Maribel was patient, genuine, kind, and honest throughout the process.As a transplant to the state, we were a little like fish out the water. Maribel was patient and responsive to any of our concerns and questions. She was honest when we liked a home (that we did not realize had a lot of problems and wants to accept as-is). She did her due diligence to support us in searching for a home.Throughout the process and the competitive market, she was patient, kind and responsive to any of our questions. The closing process was a bit stressful for us, but she smoothed it out. Justin and her were kind enough to share with us information and contacts to assist us with our home. They did not just leave us hanging post-closing.
