If I could give Marianne 20 stars out of 5, I would! She is amazing. Always friendly, never judgmental, and she knows her stuff. I sold my condo and bought a house, and she helped me with both.Marianne worked HARD to get my condo sold in this terrible market (spring 24), and she never gave up, even when I was down in the dumps about the whole process. She was able to bargain with the buyers and got me more money AND I was able to leaseback my condo for free (!!) while I looked for a house.Marianne found me a new build house that I LOOOOVE! She also found it by my first house-looking trip, AND was able to bargain with the selling company to get me a better price. And she was able to get the lender to increase my down payment/decrease my mortgage ON the closing day (I was prepared to accept the higher rate, but Marianne said shed contact them and see what she could do, and she got it DONE!)!!! Shes just incredible and I am so thankful that she was my realtor, and I would hire her again in a FLASH if I ever move again.I cannot recommend Marianne enough - she answered ALL my questions very quickly (even if she was out of town on vacation!) and emailed me every week with updates of where I was in the selling/buying process. Marianne is incredible and she changed my life in the best possible way! You will not regret using Marianne as your realtor.

My husband and I were first-time home buyers and Marianne ensured we were properly informed on all the steps of the home-buying process. I cant stress enough how easy Marianne made it for me to buy a house. She has a deep understanding of the market, which she used to help me negotiate and secure a fair price and reasonable repairs to the home. She also has an army of well vetted inspectors to select from, and she coordinated with all of them seamlessly. She also explained to me the pros and cons for every decision and gave me the tools to make my choices, while being generally lovely and helpful the entire time. Each week she sent me a detailed email explaining where were at in the process and any action items for the week. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I would recommend her to anyone to help buy/sell their dream house!

Marianne helped me sell my late mother’s house in Austin. It was a challenging and emotional time for me and my sister, and it didn’t help that I live in another state. Marianne was a blessing. My wife and I cant say enough about how wonderful it was/is to work with Marianne! We are new to Austin and really needed someone to help guide us through different neighborhoods and options. She went above and beyond for us and contacted every property owner before we even toured to make sure we wouldnt be wasting our time. She was very honest and recommended we consider things about homes we were looking at that we hadnt even thought to. We can’t say enough good things about Marianne! Where to even begin… We were connected with Marianne by a friend who had previously used her as a realtor and gave her a glowing review. From the start, Marianne was extremely reassuring and informative, important qualities for first-time homebuyers like ourselves. She is also extremely organized, punctual and personable. She asked questions/checked on aspects of each home that we would have never thought of, and it made us so grateful to have her there! She was not afraid to give her opinion — a very helpful quality for indecisive folks like us. She is a hard bargainer and knows how to make a deal. She also connected us with a lender who almost certainly made the difference in us getting our dream house over another offerer because of their quick-closing ability. We recently were wanting to move from an apartment to a single family home. Although we were not purchasing, and only leasing, Marianne Rodriguez and her team were always happy to help. We provided our requests and they worked their magic.They explained any questions we may have had and also contacted the leasing agencies for us. When we signed our lease, they continued to follow up to make sure we are happy. Renting a home isnt easy after COVID, but one couldnt tell after working with them. Highly recommend them for any rental/leasing help and of course purchasing your home.
