Mariah gave me a break down on steps on getting my house on the market so we knew what is going and what is the next step after. Mariah helped me find a LOCAL and DEPENDABLE CONTRACTOR!! (Those are hard to find around the Odessa area). My old house was under contract within a couple of hours!!. The process of buying our new home was a breeze she asked all the questions to the seller while I stood there because of cause I did not know what to ask!. Mariah is best and I would hands down recommend herto anyone that is selling or buying!!
