Maria is the best! She works endlessly and tirelessly. She works to ensure you get what you are looking for and respects what you want and gets to it. She assisted us with our very first home buy. With her help and the Lords guidance we got a home we truly thought we wouldnt be able to get. BUT she helped make our dream house come to reality. In this economy we wouldve never thought we could get exactly what we wanted in our first home buy! It was a process but Maria was there for every bit of it. If you want someone who is willing to go the extra mile and there to support your wants. She is definitely the realtor you need. We could not have done it without her. Especially being first time home buyers she made the process so easy and comforting for us. We are so grateful for her!

Maria helped my parents sell their house. My parents were about to close a deal with a buyer but Maria swooped in at the last quarter and was able to make sure my parents were getting the best deal and most money for their house. My parents even had money left over after purchasing land and house with Maria’s help. If it wasn’t for her diligence and non-stop work ethic. We don’t know where we would be.

I admire the dedication that Maria puts into making things work for her clients. In our case, we were buying out of city limits with a mobile home and didn’t know that this was a different process for a mortgage loan. Maria was informing herself constantly through the entire process to make sure that we were taken care of. The process of working with her was flawless, she’s available and flexible to a fault, she made it so hassle-free and easy to navigate that it made me wonder why I hadn’t sold my house sooner. She was amazing. My first realtor only suggested a few homes and nothing ever happened. I was with him for at least a month and a half before we switched over to Maria. My wife and I went with Maria to go see a property that was being built and when we got there I had suggested a home that I seen on her page. She took us to that home right away, and did an open house. I was a little hesitant because I didn’t want to get my hopes up again. After about a week I got a call that we had won the bid on the home and that we came under budget too. I was so thankful 🥹. This being my first home I was very emotional, thank you god for sending us someone that was more knowledgeable and actually happy with her career. I feel that the first realtor wasn’t into his job anymore. Thank you Maria, keep up the good work and who knows maybe one day you can help me with my next purchase or summer home.

Highly recommend. It was such a personal experience. She was there step by step, all the time. I mean it night and day.
