Maria was excellent. Within a couple of showings she got exactly what I was looking for -- which was a tall order given my desired mix of size, amenities, location and budget. Maria didnt push anything that wasnt right for me; helped me understand the market and continued to look for my next home. When we found my home the price gap was too big. Through patience and discussion we got the price to an acceptable level over the next 60 days. I give credit to Maria for her handling of the realtors on both sides; the bankers and lawyers; and the deal itself. Maria worked very hard for me and its clear she works hard for all of her clients. Very responsive. I would send her emails at 11pm so I could get a response the next morning; and I typically had a reply at 11:03! Excellent job. Very smart. Would highly recommend Maria to my friends.

After searching for homes with other brokers for two years and finding nothing, Maria helped me find the perfect place in two months. Her expansive knowledge and ability to intuit precisely what I cared about was the sine qua non of buying a place. Responses from Maria were extremely fast, and all documents were fastidiously organized via Google Docs. Maria has an incredible depth and breadth of inside knowledge, which is absolutely necessary in the current competitive buying environment. She guided me towards an offer price that was just barely over the other offers on the property. All in all, an extremely smooth first home purchase. I would recommend Maria to all of my friends, family, and colleagues.

I am so glad we found Maria to help us sell my parents house! This was the family home and my parents were a bit nervous about selling, but Maria made everything so easy. She took the time to meet with us and walked us through the process and answered all of the questions we had. After the initial meeting, my parents were so excited and ready to move with the sell. Maria delivered exactly what she said he would. The house sold within two weeks! She was always available by phone an email to answer any question or concern, no matter how small it was. She kept in touch as we approached the closing date and was present at closing. I am certain Maria was the reason my parents felt so comfortable on moving with the sell. I could not recommend her enough, she was approachable, knowledgeable and very upfront with any information we as sellers needed to know which speaks greatly of her. Maroa is very straight to the point, honest, literally the most responsive person Ive ever met and worked extremely well around my fiances and my demanding schedules. Her knowledge of the area (RGV) was unmatched compared to all the other realtors we interviewed. Maria was always available and we wouldnt have been able to navigate the area and McAllen Metro landscape without her.
