If I could give Margaux more than 5 stars, I would!My husband and I recently moved to Texas from out of state, knowing no one and very little about the area. Without Margaux, we wouldn’t have found a beautiful home to live in.I can confidently say that Margaux goes above and beyond for her clients. We are currently renting, and she provided video tours of every home we were interested in. Additionally, she helped negotiate the rental price before we even asked if that was possible. Margaux genuinely cares about her clients and wants the best for them; we felt this as soon as we connected with her.Typically, once you sign the lease, a realtor steps back, but not Margaux. She made sure all our questions were answered, assisted us in contacting a concierge service to set up our utilities and services before we arrived, and even helped with the delivery of our fridge and washer and dryer on moving day when we couldn’t be there.She also helped us find the perfect vet for our puppy since we’re new to the area.If you have the opportunity to work with Margaux when renting or buying a home, you’re in the best hands.
