Margarita Graham worked with us on the sale of two houses and a new home purchase. Margarita is a true professional. She has worked hard with our property transactions and I think she is one of the best real estate agents we have ever worked with. Margarita is knowledgeable of the market. She is timely with follow ups and she works very quickly to provide options and expert advise when we needed it. Margarita has focus on our transactions and we always felt that we had her full attention to our needs. The homes sold much quicker than average as she worked with us. Also, Margarita spent many hours showing and looking at properties with my wife. We changed our mind in deciding the type of house and location of our recent purchase throughout the process.
