Buying a house can be so scary especially for first time buyers. But not with Marc. He answered all my questions big and small. When we were ready to make an offer he was right on top of it. He made buying a house so easy and stress free. He talked us through the small details and the big ones and gave us advice where we weren’t sure on things. Its completely absurd to me that Marc would receive anything less than a 5 star review. When I needed a home sold quickly, I collected references from everyone I knew in town. Overwhelmingly his name came up as the hardest working realtor around. They. Werent. Lying.Marc came to the property the same evening I reached out to him and we had a great conversation about how to approach the sale. His knowledge of the area, current market trends and plans to sell the home confirmed that I had made the right choice in realtors. As we prepared to list the property, Marc was available for questions evenings, weekends or any other time we needed him.We listed on a Friday and had showings scheduled immediately for that afternoon and the following day. We received multiple offers and were under contract by Sunday evening. This was not simply by virtue of our good fortune. This was a direct result of Marcs guidance in prepping for the sale and his ability to effectively market the property. He is honest, ethical and very adept at his profession. He works hard. He listens. He responds. This is the kind of realtor you want in your corner as a buyer or seller.

Marc is by far the best realtor in brown county e help me when I was at my breaking point selling my pops property In Killeen Tx thing happened to get real complicated at the end when my dad past this guy and his wife took over and help get it done could have said I am done would not have blamed them one bit but stuck by me till house closed if I had to do it all over again e would be the one I turned to thank you does not justify what e did for me on the journey I went through not only was e my realtor but know is a friend for life so for all your real estate needs give him a call you will not regret it at all
