Ive known Maranda for quite some time and was quite pleased for the professional experience for my first home purchase. Its quite clear that both Braze and Maranda are incredibly knowledgeable and invested in the outcome of their clients home purchase. Both myself and my partner were put at ease to have them on our side and to be helped through the difficult process of building. While we were waiting months on end for updates, Maranda and Braze were advocating for our best interests and sensitive timeline when it came to our lease ending and moving in to the house. I would tell anyone and everyone to work with Maranda and Braze McClain. Theyve really put in the effort to understand the market, are professional and courteous.

Maranda was absolutely wonderful to work with. She maintained open communication, and was always available to answer any questions that came up. She was flexible in working around our busy schedules for showings. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with every decision we made. Maranda is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about her profession. We felt a sense of ease with her as our agent, and always knew she was cheering us on as we moved through the process of buying our home. We love Maranda and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a 5 star realtor!

I always thought buying a house was complicated, but buying with Maranda as my realtor was a breeze. She kept me informed every step of the way and answered any questions I had. She left such a great impression that I went straight to her when I decided to sell my house. I had a deadline and not a lot of time to move. I would have had SEVERAL anxiety attacks if it werent for Maranda and Braze. They were always available for any questions or concerns and treated me kindly. If I had to go through the whole process again, I would only want to go through it with Maranda and Braze. They are amazing!! I would HIGHLY recommend them to friends or family looking for a new home.

Braze and Maranda helped me thru the whole process of buying a house! I was a first time home buyer, they happily answered all of questions during it no matter how dumb or repetitive they were. I won’t even mention me sending listings throughout the day and then us jumping from house to house well into the night. Any stress that started building up they knocked out and handled for me. I can’t say enough good things about them, I highly highly recommend them!!
