I would like to let everyone know the wonderful experience that my husband and i have had with manny gutierrez. Manny is top of the list knowledgable when dealing with real estate. We have had manny when we purchased and sold our home in texas. He gives weekly updates to your buying or selling experience. He is always available with any questions or concerns. Manny and his lovely wife work as a great team, not only in real estate, but also the wonderful and caring parents. We consider manny has part of our family, and would always refer him to friends, neighbors, and coworkers.

I had a great experience having Manny help my buy my first house. I believe we looked 38 houses with in 2 weeks in different parts of the city before I decided. He would plan a route everyday, so we wouldnt drive back and forth, and showed great patience. If youre looking for a house or trying to put your house on the market this is your guy. Also, take his advice when he tells you not to look at a house. Thank you once again Manny for helping me.
