We met Mandy Adams in the fall of 2016. We have watched her list homes in our neighborhood and have seen superb results, as she sells them as fast as she puts them on the market. My husband and I had no doubt in our minds who we were going to use when selling our home. Once the house went on the market, we received multiple offers within days thanks to Mandy’s incredible work ethic. Mandy brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to show case our home online. She was always available to answer our questions and was very responsive. Our home sold in 3 days. We then started looking for our forever home. Mandy set us up on her mailing list for homes of our liking and took us to go look at the ones we were interested in. Once we found “The One”, the purchasing process from start to finish was a great experience with Mandy’s expertise. We feel we have a trustworthy agent, as well as a friend! Thank you, Mandy!

I was about ready to give up my house search until Mandy reached out to me. She went above and beyond, driving way out of her way to make sure that the home was right for me before reaching out. I was very nervous since this was my first home. However, Mandy’s communication was amazing, making sure that I was comfortable and informed throughout the whole process She was also a huge help in bringing my purchase price down. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, I can’t recommend Mandy enough!

Mandy sold our family property after the loss of our father. She was incredibly patient, supportive and went above and beyond to ensure the process went smoothly. A little over a year later I asked her to be my realtor for my 2nd home and help me lease out my 1st. The process was a lot less stressful than my first purchase. Im a Realtor in Clinton Township, MI who has been working with Mandy on relocating clients from TX back to MI. She doesnt need to provide me with updates on her transaction there in TX but she has been. That truly shows to me, how much she cares about her sellers and buyers. As a seasoned Realtor here in MI with 36 plus years, I cant tell you how rare it is to find someone in this industry who genuinely cares. She didnt ask me to leave this review but I feel that customers who are looking for an honest hard hard-working Realtor who actually answers her phone and text messages; should look no further than Mandy. She is amazing!

Mandy Adams was a dream realtor. She went above and beyond to sell our fathers property who passed away. She helped fix broken pipes after a freeze, did constant tedious maintenance on our property, communicated with us constantly and basically became another family member. She handled our situation with empathy, consideration and positivity. We selected her as our familys realtor after experiencing money-hungry realtors that attempted to pressure our grieving mother into signing paperwork without discussing it with any other family members. I highly recommend Mandy. She is professional, experienced, personable and a genuinely good person. Mandy sold a property we thought would never sell. Five stars is too low for her.
