Makenna was absolutely amazing to work with as a first time home buyer! She not only helped me with finding my beautiful home, she also referred me to a mortgage broker that was able to get me a lower interest rate and explained everything I needed to know about financing my first home.Makenna has a comprehensive approach to the real estate market and was very informative on every aspect of the home buying process. She is not only involved in the initial phase of home buying, but also took part in my final walk through and took initiative to ask my builder questions that I did not think to ask. She also worked with the selling agent to reduce the final asking price and always had my best interest in mind.I definitely plan to use Makenna for any real estate need in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Makenna is amazing at her job! She definitely works magic and goes above and beyond to help get what you want. She helped us get an absolute beautiful home right in the height of the competitive market when we didn’t have the most desirable loan that sellers usually want. She worked hours on end going back and forth with the seller to convince them to accept our offer over multiple others. All of this plus being the sweetest kindest person you could ever hope to work with! She even met us at the house to show some family members before it was ours taking time away from her own family to help us. I tell everyone I know if they need any reality needs to call her. We’re so happy in our dream home!!

I dont write many reviews so I dont even know where to begin, but let me just say that if youre looking for a home and dont know where to start, call Makenna. My husband and our three kids moved to Texas last summer without knowing a single person. We knew we wanted to buy a home, but we didnt really know where to start. I lucked out by being referred to Makenna in one of the moms groups I joined from a photographer that we had used for Christmas pics. Let me just say that we started as clients and ended up as friends. Makenna took me to see 37 houses. She encouraged us when we felt overwhelmed, she didnt tell us a house was nice when it wasnt, she didnt get frustrated when my 3 kids had to tag along on a Monday at 6pm, she didnt try to persuade us to get a house that we didnt absolutely love- in fact, she was honest and real. We didnt find our first home in the first week of house hunting, she didnt rush the process and for that were thankful. As a first time home buyer, it couldnt have gone any better than this. We closed on our house because Makenna made it happen (with zero out of pocket and we received money back at closing!!!) I cant recommend her enough!

We had the BEST experience with Makenna! I found her on social and after having a 30 min zoom, and a weekend of showings where she took us to maybe 10 homes within 2 days (phew!), we picked our house! She did an incredible job negotiating on our behalf, reading the contracts, getting things done on our timeline, and we honestly had a lot of fun throughout the process. If you want a realtor who won’t try to sell you a house, but rather find you the perfect home for your needs and lifestyle, Makenna is for you.

Mckenna is Amazing!! When my job relocated from Iowa to Texas, I was looking online and came across her reels. They caught my attention and I was impressed with her energy and drive. She was able to work with us remotely and had a schedule setup for us when we drove down to look at houses. Makenna was willing to travel outside her previous areas to help us. She goes above and beyond expectations, and explained each step. When issues arose she guided us through the obstacles. We encountered several communication issues with the lender we chose. Piece of advice, we should have compared VA lenders, we went with first one we contacted. I wish I would have have checked out the one Makenna mentioned, probably would have saved lots of headache! The best realtor in town! Makenna was amazing through the entire house buying process. When we first began to look at house Makenna just had a baby but she never missed a beat. She went to every house with us and even showed us a house during the Texas “snowmageddon” storm. In the crazy market we were in Makenna made sure to keep our spirits up and always had positive things to say. Her communication was impeccable and she was always available to talk. She is a critical thinker that always thought of the answer before the questions were asked. She fought for us in bidding wars and always “ran the numbers” to make sure our offers were competitive. The day before we were supposed to close a hail storm damaged the roof of the house we were buying. Makenna was able to draw up a game plan and helped get us a new roof, at the sellers expense (unheard of in this market), and we closed just a few days later. Best experience anyone could ask for with a realtor and if you got this far in the review then you know your next move is to reach out to her.

If you don’t want an agent that will fight for you, answer every question possible and end up becoming pretty much of BFF, STAY AWAY from Makenna Moros. I’m not sure what Makenna was expecting the first time she met my wife and I.. Heck I’m not sure what I was expecting but after spending 2 hours with us, she quickly cemented that ease that we found our realtor. I am very upfront on how I work and when I chose to hire someone, I follow direction to letter of law but I I’m also demanding. This journey started strong, we’re excited to find our new house but your realtor needs to be there for you not at the beginning but when it’s been weeks, you’ve seen 30 houses, placed 4-6 offers and gotten beat on every single one and you feel defeated and exhausted.. And that is what Makenna did.. she was there. She kept on being positive, even when I lost my ishh a couple of times. Makenna is a go-getter, in 2 years she’s done more than 20-30 year veteran realtors and at the rate she’s going, she bound to own the entire DFW market. As I said at the beginning, if you don’t want a realtor that will fight for you and may possible become your BFF after all business is completed, think long and hard before giving her a call.

How do you pick a realtor? More often than not its a family or friend referral, if not a family member or friend. How often can one say you picked your agent because they made you laugh by face planting in a pool and posting it on social media? Well I can. Wed been discussing our potential move for more time than I care to discuss. Then we pulled the trigger. How to pick an agent when youre looking for a specific property, not a specific area? You find a facebook video that cracks you up and say yup thats her, thats my agent....You find one with an amazing virtual network that can help you see homes all over the place. Thats Makenna. From the first video chat, I knew I had picked the right one. She reminded me of my amazing agent from Virginia that was selling our house, might have been like in her early years. Makenna suffered my stress and indecision through 2 failed offers, before we found an amazing house...connecting me to an amazing lending team that had us to the closing table with a VA loan in under 30 days with a super competitive rate. Her negotiation skills are bar none the best Ive seen in this market. Not only did she find me a house while I was 1200 miles away, she partnered with a super awesome Houston based agent to get it done, and I feel like I walked away from this deal with a new friend.
