Our experience with our realtor Lyndsay Villa of Realty One Group was wonderful from start to finish! At our 1st meeting, she came to our home to talk about representing us as our real estate agent. We discussed the days to come over a glass of wine, cheese and crackers. Right away, we felt at ease with Lyndsay and knew that she was going to look out for our best interest. She walked us through all the challenging steps of selling a 30 year home as a few repairs needed to be done on the house. She suggested to stage the house for a more current look and it helped sell our home in just 5 days during a slow market in our city ! We were very satisfied with the offer that we accepted and highly reccomend Lyndsay as your realtor. If you are looking for a realtor that is professional, thorough and diligent you will not be disappointed in Lyndsay Villa. Most of all she is compassionate in knowing that this has been your home and many life memories have been made in it. She used all her resources to showcase our home and it paid off. We were very happy with receiving and accepting an offer within the first week. After receiving the contract she constantly stayed in touch and helped us with any questions we had.
