Lydia is a fantastic realtor—shes organized and a good communicator. She answered questions as I had them, as well as instituted a weekly call or text to see if any questions or concerns had arisen. She also helped me navigate setting my house up to sell when I had a relatively limited budget and making sure I had the necessary information as a first-time seller. Id recommend Lydia for her systems and processes, which are top-notch, and her listening and communication skills.

As a home inspector who has worked with Lydia and known Lydia for several years I can tell you that she is a top notch Realtor and a great and genuine person as well. Lydia is very courteous, professional, personable and an absolute joy to work with. She always has a positive attitude and smile on her face.
