Lydia 1st helped me tour a home in Ennis,TX, years ago, trying to relocate from Austin to a home closer to family in Denton, TX. When that home turned out not the one for me, Lydia stayed with me through thick and thin as I edged closer and closer to Denton in my search. Once the homes being considered got farther and farther away from Ennis, Lydia still remained loyal, driving out to show a home when possible, or arranging with a partnering realtor to open the homes for me to view. We looked at a lot of homes; Lydia was always above and beyond gracious. She was informative, helpful, candid in a caring and respectful way, patient, and encouraging, even when prospects seemed so hopeless to me due to combined escalated home prices and interest rates. Finally, after so many prospects not meant to be, I found the one, and Lydia advocated for and steered me to a successful closing last week! Lydia, imo, deserves every good recognition a realtor can receive. While my home search has come to a close, Ill remain thankful to know Lydia as a treasured new friend and highly recommended realtor, wish her and all who work with her blessed success.
