We had an absolutely fantastic experience with the Lutz team, specifically Whittley. When our dream house was taken off the market by another bid, she kept a tab on it while helping us look for other homes that fit the bill. About a week later, the contract on our dream home fell through and she contacted me immediately that night to inform me. Because of that, we were able to put our offer in and get accepted the next day. Then throughout the process she was always available, whether it was early in the morning before I went to work, or at 10 PM while getting ready for bed. As a first time home buyer, she was able to answer all my questions and put my fears to rest as soon as I gave her a call. On top of that her list of recommended vendors/services are great. The home inspector she recommended was able to spot something that the previous inspector overlooked, consequently I was able to save a pretty penny during our contract period! All in all, my wife and I just closed on our dream house today, if we had to do it all over again, we’d choose Whittley.
